Customer experience: future trends & insights session #sxsw

just asking customers isn't enough. When Disney asked - people said They wanted salad options, but ordered hamburgers & hotdogs

real customer experience answers: who is your cust, what is the experience, what are the emotions, what do they really want?

the key differentiator has to be the experience, not the rational things..how does the customer feel?

focusing on the 4-Ps is no longer sustainable

loyalty is an emotional attachment. a customer experience is not just about the transaction

the grading system is broken in schools. it's replaced real learning
