INGREDIENTS
FOR THE TOPPING
● 2tsp vegetable oil
● ½ red onion, peeled and finely chopped
● 400g (14oz) beef mince (not pre-frozen)
● Pinch of dried oregano
● ½tsp English mustard powder
● 1½tsp tomato ketchup
● 1tsp Worcestershire sauce
TO SERVE
● 4tsp clear honey
● small burger buns or ciabatta bread
METHOD
1 Heat the oil in a small frying pan, then add the onion and stir over a medium heat until softened. Leave to cool completely.
2 Put the beef mince, oregano, mustard powder, tomato ketchup and Worcestershire sauce into a bowl and season with salt and pepper (don’t skip the salt completely or the burgers will be tasteless).
3 Mix it all together, then, using your hands, shape into 8 mini burgers.
TO FREEZE: Place on a single layer on greaseproof paper on a tray or board then freeze uncovered. Once frozen they can be transferred into a bag for easy storage in the freezer. To reheat, place the frozen burgers under a preheated grill for about 5 minutes, then turn them over and grill for a further 5 minutes or until cooked right through.
Warm the honey and brush over the burgers, return them to the grill for a further 1–2 minutes and serve in burger buns or ciabatta.

More than 100 nursing mothers of all ages together in the Trafford Centre, Manchester, England on Monday (201/6/2011). This activity is part of National Breastfeeding Awareness Week (National Breastfeeding Awareness Week).
"It's not every day we see so many breasts open when we shop. But I think this is a great way to get people willing to pay attention to the message. I support them fully," said a visitor's shopping center.
Breastfeeding Awareness Week was held from 19th to June 25th, 2011, and is a program that supported the National Health System. Trafford Centre is one of his supporters and provide a place for mothers who want to breastfeed their babies at the mall.

Civil Aircraft Shoot, South Korea apologizes
South Korea military (South Korea) apologized for the incident in which two Marines fired a gun at a civilian jet aircraft because one identifies as one of North Korea's military aircraft.
"The military sincerely apologize to our community for causing concern over the incident," said Colonel Lee Man-woo, a spokesman for the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) South Korea, Monday (20/06/2011).
The military will not admonish the two marines, he said, and noted that they act according the rules of engagement. Instead, the military will strengthen the training of soldiers at checkpoints to better distinguish between civilian aircraft and military aircraft.
"Marines do not deserve punishment because they did not do anything wrong," Lee said. "But, we will map out ways to better educate front-line army units to prevent such incidents happening again."
Both Marines were on guard duty on an island near the Yellow Sea border tension with North Korea, and fired their weapons into the K-2 Asiana Airlines aircraft which was flying above the fog on the sea in the incident shortly before dawn on Friday (17 / 6 / 2011).
The plane with 119 people in it are not damaged and no one was hurt because it is flying out of the reach of the weapon. This incident illustrates the high tensions on the Korean peninsula, following two deadly attacks on North Korea last year against South Korea-Cheonan warship that sank and the bombing of Yeonpyeong Island near the Yellow Sea border.
The two attacks killed 50 South Koreans, including two civilians. As a result, South Korea's military has vowed to return stronger than in the past when North Korea attacked again.
